David Krumholtz has landed a guest-starring role on Mom for a May-December romance that Christy (Anna Faris) probably won’t approve of.

EW has learned exclusively that the Numbers alum will play Gregory Munchnik, a 42-year-old college professor who dates Christy’s 19-year-old daughter, Violet (Sadie Calvano).

Krumholtz, whose credits also include the Harold & Kumar films and 10 Things I Hate About You, will appear in an episode slated for March. Mom airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
