Selma star David Oyelowo coached Jimmy Fallon on the pronunciation of his last name, as has Oprah Winfrey—but Brad Pitt has a trick for remembering how to get it right. It involves singing.

“I know that there is one lingering question in the back of your minds, and that question is, how the hell do you pronounce his name?” said Pitt, an executive producer on Selma, at the Palm Springs Film Festival. “It’s okay; it’s alright. I’ve been there, and I’m here to help.” Pitt’s aid is especially useful if you know the tunes to the “Olé, Olé, Olé” chant and Coldplay’s “Yellow.”
