At 114 years old, Anna Stoehr was the oldest person on Facebook—older than the social network even allowed her to be. A year ago, she made headlines for having to lie about her age in order to even get an account; the earliest birth year on the sign-up page is 1905. Unfortunately, Stoehr only got to spend one year with social media—according to CNN, Stoehr died early Wednesday morning.

Stoehr was born in 1900 and spent much of her life on a farm, living through just about every major modern technological innovation. Stoehr was introduced to the site a year ago by Joseph Ramireza, a Verizon salesman with whom she had struck up a friendship. On her 114th birthday last October, Facebook sent her a bouqet of 114 flowers—and hopefully no Candy Crush requests.

She is survived by 5 children, 27 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
