James Nesbitt is a bit of a renaissance man.

The Hobbit and The Missing star not only acts, but he also hosts, sings, and dances—though he’s not exactly a fan of his moves on the dance floor.

Nesbitt stopped by EW to discuss what it’s like to have been a part of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy of films and how he expects to extend the legacy of his character, Bofur. Warning: It might lead to some unhappy toddlers.

The Missing star also talked about his go-to karaoke choices, which apparently come in handy while hosting The GQ Awards, and some of his favorite moments from pop culture history.
