There’s few things kids are more embarrassed by more frequently than their parents, but rarely is that embarrassment on a nationally televised level.

Unfortunately for Brad and Dallas Woodhouse, two brothers out of North Carolina, that was the case when the two pundits appeared on C-SPAN only to have a viewer who they knew quite well call in: their mom.

The brothers, who appeared on the network’s Washington Journal, were discussing bipartisanship when Joy Woodhouse, their mother, called in to reprimand them for fighting over politics during the holidays.

Dallas’ initial reaction—”Oh God, it’s Mom,” says just about everything.

The brothers fall on opposite sides of the aisle, with Brad the president of the liberal group Americans United for Change and American Bridge, and Dallas serves as the leader of the conservative group Carolina Rising.
