J.K. Simmons joins Tom Hiddleston in 'Kong: Skull Island'
Hopefully, someone screaming “Get me pictures of King Kong,” will now be added to Kong: Skull Island‘s screenplay.
EW can confirm that J.K. Simmons will be joining Tom Hiddleston in the cast of Skull Island. Nothing else is known about his character—or the movie, for that matter—at this time. Deadline first reported the news.
Universal Pictures recently moved Skull Island from its 2016 release date, now setting the film to debut in 2017. The upcoming Kong film will be directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and written by John Gatins and Max Borenstein.
