Still understandably unhappy about some fans receiving copies of the Sons of Anarchy: The Official Collector’s Edition book a week early (and leaking series finale spoilers), SOA creator Kurt Sutter has announced that he will still take part in Anarchy Afterword, which airs immediately following the Dec. 9 series finale on FX. Charlie Hunnam and other members of the cast will join him. He tweeted:

Sins Of The Parent Company

It’s taken me a few days to process the magnitude of this fuckup. I’m sure, as usual, my passionate response to the event [only] made it worse.

There has been no resolution and my basket is headless, as the corporate art of buck-passing has reached a new level of brilliance. Like any good alcoholic, my impulse was to burn down the house, cut bait and disappear. I already booked my flight for Idaho. But I woke up this morning to a text by Tommy Flanagan that reminded me once again, it’s not just about me. This is not my show, this is your show. Thank you, Tommy. I love you, brother.

I hope folks tune in for the finale. I’m very proud of it. I’ll be on the aftershow with Charlie and the cast to try and close this ride with some dignity and gratitude.

Thank you.

In a statement, Time Home Entertainment, Inc. explained the leak thusly: “As the publisher, we have a very strict embargo in place for the on-sale date of Wednesday, December 10, 2014. We have learned that a wholesaler has broken the embargo and released a limited quantity of books in advance of the on-sale date. While extremely disappointed, we are very proud of the book, which is a wonderful tribute to the show.”

The Sons of Anarchy series finale airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
