One Direction released “18,” a song that takes a nostalgic look back at the loves of youth (which to the members of One Direction, means like, three years ago).

Ed Sheeran wrote the acoustic guitar-backed track, which has the boys reminiscing about falling in love for the very first time. There’s more of that slow-churned Sheeran flair to the tune, with such lyrics as, “I have loved you since we were 18/ Long before we both thought the same thing/ To love and to be loved.”

The band previously released “Ready to Run” and “Steal My Girl” from their upcoming album, Four, which is set to be released Nov. 17 via Syco/Columbia Records.
