TBS is headed south: The cable network announced on Tuesday that it has ordered a Key West-road-trip comedy pilot from Daily Show correspondents (and real-life spouses) Jason Jones and Samantha Bee, with the former starring in the prospective series.

Based on the couple’s experiences with family trips, the show will center on the adventures of a father (Jones), mother, and their two young kids who head out on the highway for a 24-hour journey to Key West. Jones and Bee are writing the pilot script.

Should the show earn a series pick-up, each season would focus on a different trip.

TBS is ramping up its comedy slate in 2015. Next summer, the network will debut the Rashida Jones-starring police parody Angie Tribeca, Your Family or Mine, which focuses on the extended families of a married couple, and Buzzy’s, the barbershop-set show from Will & Grace creator David Kohan and Max Mutchnick. And last week, TBS ordered the comedy pilot Wrecked, which follows a group of plane-crash survivors on a remote island.
