Paul McCartney wants you to stop eating meat on Mondays.

The theory goes that if you cut meat out of your diet just one day a week, you’ll be reducing your carbon footprint and therefore helping save the earth from climate change. McCartney helped launch an online campaign urging everyone to take part in what he calls Meat-Free Mondays to help do their part—but he doesn’t just want you to do forgo meat: He wants you to go to the campaign website and pledge that you will stop eating meat on Mondays so he can show those pledges to global leaders when they meet Sept. 23 to discuss climate change.

This campaign posted a video Thursday in which McCartney encourages people to visit the website and make a pledge. It starts off just like any other political ad featuring a celebrity spokesperson, but by the final 10 seconds, McCartney turns his plea into a silly chant (whether it was intentionally silly or not is unclear) that will probably get “pledge dot Meat-Free Mondays dot com” stuck in your head for the rest of the day.
