Cash Cash—the EDM group of brothers and best friends from Roseland, New Jersey—released the first single, “Surrender,” off their forthcoming album (due out in 2015) this week on Big Beat Records. Famous for dance-friendly tracks (you might know them best from co-writing and producing Krewella’s hit, “Live For the Night”), “Surrender” bodes well for the collection: original, infectious, vibrant. The song is available for purchase here.

EW asked the group to make a playlist of some of their favorites to go along with “Surrender.” Choices and commentary are below.

Cash Cash – “Surrender”

“It’s our new single… that you should buy right now… and then surrender to us! :D”

Oliver – “Light Years Away”

“One of our favorite producers currently with fresh and outside the box tracks.”

Arty – “Up All Night (Lenno Remix)”

“It’s a really cool spin on a cool song.”

Skrillex – “Recess (Milo & Otis Remix)”

“The track has a great hype vocal that is always fun to drop in our live sets to change up the pace.”

Alex Metric – “Heart Weighs a Ton”

“Great song all around. Been listening to his stuff for years and it keeps getting better and better.”

Cash Cash ft. John Rzeznik – “Lightning”

“We are fortunate to be able to work with one of our favorite singer-songwriters on this single and for it to continue as a crowd favorite during our live sets is such an honor.”

The Chainsmokers – “Kanye”

“Dope track that has been stuck in our head for weeks. We want to be like Kanyeeeee….”

Dillon Francis – “I Can’t Take It”

“All-around fun track that gets us hyped up before going out or playing a set. If you had a shitty day go look at Dillon Francis on instagram he is pure entertainment.”
