'The Walking Dead' stars discuss what's in store for season five
The premiere of The Walking Dead‘s fifth season is still over a month away, but fans are already wondering: Just how dangerous will it be for our four favorite survivors?
EW spoke with some of the show’s stars to coincide with The Walking Dead cover shoot to discuss some of season four’s biggest moments and what’s in store when season 5 premieres on Oct. 12.
Danai Gurira’s Michonne will be put through her paces in the fifth season in what the actress promises is a “very interesting arc.”
Steven Yeun and Lauren Cohan spent most of the fourth season apart, only to be trapped in Terminus when they reunited. The two actors discussed whether their characters are safer when they are split up.
Andrew Lincoln said the next season will have the characters “heading into the heart of darkness.”
Check out more of Lincoln’s thoughts on Rick Grimes, who he believes “is probably at the most complete place he’s been ever since the apocalypse started.”
Norman Reedus discussed the changes his character Daryl has undergone since audiences first met him back in season one.
He also promised a feral Daryl when the show returns.
