Kings of Leon are postponing tonight’s scheduled concert in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. after a tour bus accident following Saturday’s Boston show sent drummer Nathan Followill to the hospital, where he was treated for broken ribs. “I’m a little banged up,” Followill tweeted Sunday afternoon, “but will be back better than ever.”

According to the band’s Facebook page, a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus Saturday night, causing the driver to brake suddenly, leading to Followill’s injury. Kings of Leon’s next show is set for Aug. 13 at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, N.Y. They also are scheduled for a Tonight Show appearance on Aug. 12.
