Jessica Simpson, 34, married former NFL player Eric Johnson, 34, at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara on July 5.

Midnight Rider director Randall Miller, his wife, producer Jody Savin, and exec producer Jay Sedrish were charged on July 3 with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass in a Georgia county court after the on-set death of 27-year-old camera assistant Sarah Jones in a February train accident. The production, a biopic about rocker Gregg Allman, is in limbo.

Longtime Opie & Anthony cohost Anthony Cumia, 53, has been fired from SiriusXM following racist comments he made on Twitter on July 2.

The production of Star Wars: Episode VII will take a two-week hiatus in August to allow Harrison Ford, 71, to recover from the broken leg he suffered on set in June. The film is still slated for a Dec. 18, 2015, release.
