The folks from The Walking Dead have not exactly been forthcoming with info as to what is in store for our not-so-merry band of survivors trapped in train car A when the zombie drama returns to AMC in October. But when Robert Kirkman called into Entertainment Weekly Radio (SiriusXM, channel 105) to talk about his new comic Outcast, he also spilled the beans on what we can expect in the season 5 premiere of TWD. So what should we expect? Answers! And lots of them, especially when it comes to the (possibly cannibal) captors of Terminus. “There’s a lot going on with Terminus,” says Kirkmam. “In our premiere episode of season 5 we’re going to give a ton of answers of who the people of Terminus are, what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, what’s going on with them. And by the end of that episode you’re going to have a much better understanding of what’s going on with them and why they’re so important to the show. Oh, and Daryl dies.”

WAIT, WHAT??!?! DARYL DIES?!? Okay, we think/pray he’s kidding about that last bit, but are happy that answers are coming. In fact, some answers are already here as Kirkman also confirmed to us that “They definitely get out of that train car. They do not spend the entirety of season 5 in that train car. It is through ingenuity and creativity and somewhat savageness that they are able to make their way out of that train car.”

While Rick Grimes and Co. will not be stuck in train car A indefinitely, we also asked Kirkman how long he envisions The Walking Dead being on the air, and the comic book creator does not see it ending any time soon. “I’m still doing the comic, he says, “and plan in doing it for many, many years. And right now the issues that we are doing as we speak is material that could be adapted into a season 10, 11, or 12 depending on how we adapt things. And we’re not stopping. So five years for now we’ll be doing comics that could be for season 15. Now, it’s unrealistic to think it can go for that long, but if the show remains successful, the potential is there for that…. All that said, I’m just hoping and praying we make it to season 7.” With or without Daryl Dixon, it seems.

We also talk with Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany about the season 2 finale of the clone drama. How did they film that crazy Clone Dance Party scene? What does she think of the crazy twist at the end? And what have the creators told her about season 3? Listen in and find out as the best actress on TV spills all. (The Tatiana Maslany interview starts at 18:00.)

Then we play back all the craziest moments from the Daytime Emmys Red Carpet Pre-Show. What happens when you put four social media vloggers in charge of interviewing soap opera stars? You need to hear it for yourself, and even then you still may not believe it. (That insanity starts at 31:00.)
