Oberyn might be gone from Game of Thrones, but Pedro Pascal has already signed on to his next project.

EW has confirmed that Pascal has been cast opposite Wagner Moura (Elysium) in Netflix’s upcoming series, Narcos. Written by Chris Brancato and directed by Jose Padilha, the drama tells the true story behind the spread of cocaine drug cartels and the lawmen who tried to take them down. Moura will star as famous drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, while Pascal takes on the role of Javier Pena, a Mexican DEA agent who is sent to Colombia in an attempt to take down (a.k.a. kill) Escobar. Deadline first reported the casting.

Narcos will premiere on Netflix in 2015.
