Barbara Walters gave graduates more than just advice when she delivered an address at Sarah Lawrence College’s commencement ceremony this past weekend: She also revealed that she’s donating her archives, from photographs to interview recordings, to the college.

Walters graduated from Sarah Lawrence in 1951 and went on to be a successful broadcaster, interviewing everyone from world leaders to Hollywood celebrities throughout her long career. Most recently, she was a co-host on morning talk show The View; Walters retired from on-camera work earlier this month.

Head to the Journal News for more on what Walters had to say at Friday’s commencement ceremony.
