Michelle Williams debuts gospel track with Beyonce, Solange, Kelly Rowland

Get ready to lose your breath: It’s a Destiny’s Child reunion (plus Solange tagged along!).

For Michelle Williams’ upcoming gospel album, Journey to Freedom, she brought together her favorite independent women to give her an assist on lead single “Say My Name Yes,” based on the popular Nigerian hymn. Backed by Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Solange, the upbeat track takes the inspirational lyrics and throws them over a reggae beat. Williams has performed the track for the past several months by herself, but this is the first time fans have heard it with the other voices.

In addition to the album, Williams will next be seen in the upcoming Jesus Christ Superstar arena tour, where she’ll play the role of Mary Magdalene.

This is the only Beyoncé- and Solange-related news of the last couple of weeks, so this song should be the only thing you are possibly thinking about regarding the Knowles family.
