The announcement you’ve been waiting for is here: Disney has finally revealed its plans to take Frozen to the stage. Or, more accurately, the rink.

Disney On Ice presents Frozen will kick off its live tour in September 2014. Tickets are already available — and if the blockbuster musical’s mega-successful merchandise is any indication, they’ll move in record time.

You likely know the story already: Optimistic, in-love-with-love Anna embarks on a journey to find her magical sister Elsa, who has come into her powers (spoiler alert: she lets them go) and fled to the mountains after accidentally casting the kingdom of Arendelle into an eternal winter. The show will include the characters you love, including Kristoff, Sven, Olaf, and the trolls, and the songs that you haven’t been able to stop singing, including the Academy Award-winning “Let It Go.”

According to press notes, the ice spectacular will be hosted by Mickey and Minnie Mouse as they take the audience through Frozen‘s plot. Expect “special appearances by beloved Disney princesses and favorite characters” from Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and The Lion King, who “come together to prove that true love is the greatest power of all.”

“While it might seem obvious that Frozen is well suited for the ice, this Disney On Ice production will touch audiences emotionally through innovative show elements and world-class skating,” said producer Nicole Feld in a statement.

The project is directed by Patty Vincent and penned by brother-sister writing duo Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio, with choreography by Cindy Stuart, scenic design by Steve Bass, costume design by Gregory A. Poplyk, and lighting by Sam Doty.
