Last night, The Tomorrow People ended its first season with a complete shift in the world we’ve come to know. But with its renewal status still up in the air, one question remains: Does it deserve a season 2?

In my opinion, the answer’s simple one: Yes. Tomorrow had me semi-hooked from the pilot. I enjoyed its first few episodes, but I wasn’t immediately convinced that I couldn’t live without it. But every time I started to think I might skip an episode or two, the show would throw a new twist my way — and I’d be hooked once more.

Consistently, this show got better as the season went on. Week after week, it really came into its own. The back half of the first season was everything I could’ve wanted: It was emotional. It was unpredictable. It was dangerous. And it was a lot of fun. The characters became fully formed, the plots started to intertwine, and the stakes kept getting higher.

And after what Executive Producer Phil Klemmer told me about how season 2 would differ from season 1, I sincerely hope I get to return to the lives of my favorite evolutionary beings. But that’s enough about me. What did you think of the season, if you watched? And do you want the show to return? Vote below:
