Jack’s back — and he brought a fair chunk of his old ratings with him.

Fox’s 24: Live Another Day premiere delivered 8 million viewers and a 2.5 rating among adults 18-49. The two-hour telecast is down 29 percent from the debut of its Monday time period premiere for the final season of 24 back in 2010. For a show that’s been off the air for four years while broadcast ratings have plummeted, that’s not a bad drop at all. The premiere was the third-highest rated show Monday night, following The Voice (3.0) and The Blacklist (2.7).

Speaking of The Voice, NBC rolled out vocal performances by upcoming coaches Pharrell and Gwen Stefani. The show was steady in the ratings compared to last week.

CBS had its 2 Broke Girls finale. The comedy isn’t doing well in the 8 p.m. slot, down 17 percent from last week and down 37 percent from last season’s finale to a series low. New comedy Friends with Better Lives didn’t help its renewal odds, down 16 percent to a low.

ABC’s Dancing with the Stars was down 31 percent to its lowest rating this cycle, while Castle fell 20 percent to tie its series low.

The CW’s Star-Crossed and Tomorrow People were flat, with the latter concluding its season (here’s the producer giving EW his plan for a potential, if not hugely likely, season 2).
