'Scandal' star Jeff Perry admits watching 'The Wire' is on his list

Unscientific figures (via my Twitter feed) confirm that 30 percent of Scandal fans became addicted to the show after binge-watching the first season. But which Scandal cast member has a little binge-watching of his own to do? Jeff Perry, who admitted to EW that The Wire remains on his to-do list, more than six years after it signed off the air!
