Being a superhero isn’t easy.

Chris Evans stopped by the Tonight Show Monday night to discuss how he prepared for his role in Captain America: Winter Soldier. This time around, his training took a different turn. “We tried to do a little bit more gymnastics,” Evans explained with a laugh, before joking, “I had a whole ribbon routine!”

While the actor was eager to chat up his movie, he made no mention of his recent Variety interview where he said he wants to soon retire from acting. (Perhaps to focus full-time on gymnastics?)
