The Oscars ceremony has been over for, um, approximately 12 hours — so of course it’s time to discuss whom you’d like to see host the annual event next year.

Will Ellen return for a third stint? Will Neil Patrick Harris finally take on the biggest awards show of them all? Below, see some of our potential picks — both fantasy and more realistic — and then vote for whom you’d like to see joking around with Meryl Streep at the 2015 ceremony.

Kevin Spacey: The two-time Oscar winner may seem like an odd choice, but he’s always down for a silly awards show bit. Plus, last night he told Jimmy Kimmel he’d actually like to host the ceremony. And we all know Frank Underwood gets what he wants.

Neil Patrick Harris: It’s time for the always-fantastic host to finally take on the entertainment industry’s biggest awards show. His schedule will presumably be more open next year, as How I Met Your Mother will have ended and he will have wrapped his Broadway role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Perhaps the timing will finally be right to get a movie star version of this?

Jimmy Kimmel: He’s ABC’s go-to man, and with all the headlines Jimmy Fallon has been grabbing lately, the network may decide it’s time for a publicity push. If not next year, a Kimmel-hosted Oscars seems almost inevitable in the near future. Get ready to be a punchline, Matt Damon!

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Emma Watson: The Internet’s newest favorite couple made quite an impression during last night’s ceremony. (They aren’t really dating; people just liked seeing them present together.) While producers may be wary of getting a young, buzzy duo once again — we all remember what happened last time — high-energy Gordon-Levitt is a triple threat, and Watson is always game to be goofy.

Kevin Hart: His recent box-office success shows he’s got a loyal fan base that will tune in to support him…and an actual stand-up comedian (as opposed to “just” a funny actor/actress) has to keep the ceremony moving, right?

Melissa McCarthy: With Tina Fey and Amy Poehler out of the running, perhaps Fey/Poehler bit partner Melissa McCarthy might decide to take her SNL routine to the ceremony instead.
