“From frightening facelifts, shockingly bad boob and hideous nose jobs, to devastating tummy tucks and lopsided butt lifts” — that’s from the description of a new show ordered by E! called Botched.

Debuting next year, Botched focuses on efforts to correct bad plastic surgery … with more plastic surgery! This is definitely one of those concepts where you’re probably either totally enthusiastic for this pitch or completely turned-off.

In each stand-alone episode, two doctors from Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise — so you know they’re really being chosen for their surgical skills — Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif, will perform two procedures trying to “fix the unfixable,” helping patents who were victims of a previous beautifying effort gone bad. “In a culture fixated on looks, I think we are equally fascinated by stories of both good and terrible plastic surgery,” said E! programming executive Jeff Olde. “As more and more people endure multiple procedures for that perfect look, all too often the outcome can be a nightmare. But with the help of two of the best doctors in the field, Botched will offer them a second chance at beauty. ”
