Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent), John Cusack (Lee Daniels’ The Butler), and Jason Patric (Speed 2: Cruise Control) will team up with Bruce Willis for The Prince, a Las Vegas-set thriller about a former mob boss who must return to the city when his daughter goes missing. Brian A Miller (House of the Rising Sun) is set to direct. Cusack and Jackson recently appeared together in The Frozen Ground. [Deadline]

• AnnaSophia Robb (The Carrie Diaries) will play a girl with cancer in Conspiracy on Jekyll Island, which is currently shooting in Chicago. Minnie Driver and Frank Grillo are set to star as her parents in the political thriller from director Aram Rappaport. [Deadline]

• Oscar-nominated actress Catalina Sandino Moreno (Maria Full of Grace) has signed on for Castro’s Daughter, about the Cuban leader’s exiled daughter Alina Fernandez. Precious producer Sarah Siegel-Magness is directing the historical drama, which was co-written by Robert Moresco (Crash) and Nilo Cruz. Moreno is currently at work on the Blumhouse thriller Incarnate with Aaron Eckhart. [The Wrap]

• Katherine Hughes (Roadie, Surviving Family) will play one of the sexually charged teenagers in Men, Women and Children, starring Adam Sandler, Jennifer Garner, and Rosemarie DeWitt. Jason Reitman is directing the adaptation of Chad Kultgen’s 2011 novel. [The Wrap]
