When the weather outside is frightful, Barbie needs to… accessorize?

Milliner Stephen Jones, best known for designing hats for the likes of Rihanna, Princess Beatrice, and Lady Gaga, has found a new client to adorn with his eye-catching pieces. Jones has taken Barbie one step closer to couture craziness by dressing her up in tiny antlers, a fur ice skating costume, and a Santa hat cocktail dress.

“Barbie is the most fabulous private client,” Jones told The Daily Mail of his Christmas collection, which includes Happy Holly Barbie, Toffee Ice Barbie, Snow Globe Barbie, Santa Baby Barbie, and Christmas Tree Barbie. “She came into the salon for her Christmas morning hat and left with five glamorous outfits. Barbie and I have the same design vision; we love tradition, but have an eye for the future.”

It’s not the first time Barbie has gotten a designer image overhaul. Over the past 50 years, the plastic icon has also worn custom-made creations by Alaïa, Burberry, Chanel, and Prada.

The decked out dolls were designed for U.K. department store Selfridges, where they’ll retail for £250 — that’s about $400 US dollars — each. No word on whether they’ll be sold in America.
