Miley Cyrus crashes 'SNL' to announce 2014 tour
If Saturday Night Live fans thought they were done with Miley Cyrus for the year after she pulled double-duty as host and musical guest earlier this month, they were sorely mistaken. The “Wrecking Ball” singer returned on last night’s SNL to give Edward Norton some hosting tips (yeah, we’re not sure Ed should take her advice either) alongside 15-time host Alec Baldwin.
She kicked off her appearance with a little self-promotion, announcing her upcoming tour. “Real quick, I’d just like to announce to all my fans that I’m about to be going on tour.” Baldwin followed suit with his own message to Miley’s supporters: “And I’d like to announce to Miley’s fans that my new talk show is on MSNBC Fridays at 10 o’clock.”
Check out the moment during Norton’s monologue below:
While no dates or locations have been announced, Miley took to Twitter to let fans know the tour will kick off next year (in a message decorated with marijuana leafs, natch).
Cyrus popped up on last night’s SNL a second time, in a 12 Years a Slave parody, to meet her twerking quota for the week.
