[UPDATE: The full recap is live!] Before we get to tonight’s double-eviction, can we all join together in marveling that it’s the 500th EPISODE of Big Brother? That is a whole lot of drama (and a whole lot of summer nights we spent indoors).

But let’s focus on hell freezing over on tonight’s episode, in the form of Elissa and Amanda hugging. Also, GinaMarie making sense (yes, GM, Amanda is, in fact, crazy). But did the 11th-hour bonding sesh keep McCranda intact? And who went up on the block next? (Spoilers ahead!)

Though Elissa kept her word and picked Spencer to leave the house (really, Elissa?), the vote ended in a tie, and HoH GinaMarie told Amanda to “get to steppin’.” When Amanda made those first steps into the outside world, she was greeted with a barrage of boos (“So some of you don’t like me, OK,” she quickly realized). Welcome to reality, Amanda.

But there was more blood to be spilled, and it was time for McCrae’s revenge, as he scored the night’s crucial HoH victory, nominating GinaMarie and Elissa. Judd, smartly, chose not to use the Power of Veto, and Elissa was sent packing. The Exterminators live on!

Stay tuned for more on the night’s episode in Darren Franich’s recap, and share your thoughts on the double eviction below.
