Further proof that Jay Pharoah should be given more to do on SNL next season: This goofy music video, in which the expert impressionist skewers one of his old favorite targets.

The song is a spoof of Kanye West’s “I Am a God;” the video, produced by Above Average, pokes fun at the stark black-and-white aesthetic of the rapper’s video for “Black Skinhead.” It’s all very self-serious, intense, and meticulously done; if you heard the track without seeing Pharoah in his goofy dog ears, you could be forgiven for thinking that Yeezus himself might be engaging in a little self-parody. Well, at least until you remembered that Kanye West has absolutely no sense of humor.
