He might be a critically acclaimed singer, but not even a Grammy can protect R&B crooner Miguel from the law.

The “Adorn” singer, born Miguel Jontel Pimentel, was arrested Monday after being pulled over for a traffic violation in Marina del Rey, California, according to the Los Angeles Times. The singer reportedly had a blood-alcohol level of 0.10.

In December, Miguel was nominated for five Grammys, walking away with one: Best R&B song for “Adorn.”
