Summer Glau joins 'Arrow'

Geek-show fan favorite Summer Glau is coming to Starling City.

Glau has been cast in a recurring role on The CW’s Arrow for season two. She’ll play “the enigmatically beautiful and professionally dangerous Isabel Rochev, Vice President of Aquisitions of Stellmoor International, a company looking to take over Queen Consolidated.” Check out the drawing of her character from DC Comics, below.

Glau’s credits read like a walk-through of modern sci-fi TV history, first breaking out in Fox’s cult-favorite Firefly, then having arcs or regular roles on USA’s The 4400, Fox’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Fox’s Dollhouse, NBC’s The Cape and Syfy’s Alphas.

Arrow returns to The CW on October 9.
