'Jack the Giant Slayer': Exclusive clip

A classic fairy tale gets the modern-day action-movie treatment in Bryan Singer’s Jack the Giant Slayer, which stars X-Men actor Nicholas Hoult as the titular adventurer and Eleanor Tomlinson as the princess who catalyzes his trip up the beanstalk. (She’s been whisked into the clouds by the enormous plant.)
The film is filled with lavish CGI, romance, and a bit of edge, as you’ll see from this deleted scene starring two royal guards. (Let’s go ahead and call them Mulder and Scully.) Warning, kids: This is what happens when you don’t believe in magic.
Catch more bonus content — including a gag reel and a how-to guide on becoming a giant slayer — on Tuesday, when Jack is released on DVD and Blu-ray.
