If ever there was a time to wear see-through dresses, hip-high slits, and other daring designs, last night’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas was it. But while some stars were able to pull off these revealing new trends and still look red carpet appropriate, others walked a fine line between fashion-forward and flasher.
