TNT has greenlit a new reality series that follows companies on their search to fill their open executive positions with the best candidate possible. But there’s a gimmick, naturally.

On TNT’s Inside Job, four job candidates will compete for a six-figure executive position by living and working together for one week during the interview and hiring process. But what they don’t know is that one of their fellow candidates is already a high-level employee at the company they wish to join. This mole will then report all his or her findings to the top boss, in order to inform the final decision. Each week will feature a new batch of candidates.

The series is being produced by All3Media America/Studio Lambert, which also produces CBS’s Undercover Boss

The first season will consist of six episodes, launching in 2014.
