Prada's 'Dress Gatsby' exhibit opening: What the stars wore -- PHOTOS
The Great Gatsby hits theaters onMay 10th, but fashion fans got a sneak peek at costumes from the movie at the opening of the “Catherine Martin and Miuccia Prada Dress Gatsby” at the Prada flagship store in New York City last night.
Gatsby stars Carey Mulligan and Isla Fisher, and VIPs Florence Welch, Katy Perry, and Maggie Gyllenhall mingled with costume designer Catherine Martin, and Miuccia Prada among dresses recreated from vintage Prada and Miu Miu runway looks especially for the film.
Prada’s “Dress Gatsby” costume exhibit will be on display in New York City until May 12, when it moves on to Tokyo and Shanghai. Click through the gallery to what the stars wore to the opening night bash.
Carey Mulligan, who plays Daisy Buchanan in Baz Luhrrmann’s big screen adaptation of Fitzgerald’s book, posed in a sophisticated brodee lace ruffled coat dress by Prada and Brian Atwood platform sandals.

Isla Fisher, who plays Myrtle Wilson, wore a head-to-toe Prada look that included a silk crepe ¾ sleeve dress, black platform heels, and a black fringed leather clutch.

Florence + The Machine frontwoman Florence Welch — whose song “Over The Love” is included on the Gatsby soundtrack — looked super-chic in a Prada’s kid mohair tuxedo, striped silk collared shirt, and spazzolato clutch, which she paired with black crackled pumps from Miu Miu pumps.
