Latest suit against 'Bachelor' spoiler site dismissed
The fighting in court is over between the producers of The Bachelor and Steve Carbone, who operates a spoiler site under the name Reality Steve.
The latest lawsuit that was filed in January by NZK Productions and Horizon Alternative Television, a division of Warner Bros., has been dismissed and resolved amicably, a studio spokesman said.
That was the second time the studio sued Carbone, who has made a tidy little business spoiling the outcome of the ABC franchise. The producers first sued him in December 2011, alleging that he was trying to convince contestants to breach their confidentiality agreements in exchange for spoilers. The lawsuit was settled in June, with Carbone vowing to keep on exposing secrets about the show.
He’s already begun to post spoilers about the new season of The Bachelorette, which begins May 20.
