Last season on It’s a Brad Brad World, Bravo audiences watched as Brad Goreski stepped out from under the wing of celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe and struck out on his own. In season two — which premieres tonight following the debut of season four of The Rachel Zoe Project — it’s clear that Goreski has become comfortable with being the man in charge.

“Business is up and running, now it’s about maintaining,”Goreski told EW. “I want to keep my clients happy, and the pressure’s on me as the boss to manage my three assistants and make sure that everything is getting done. There’s less time for tears and more time for bossing people around.”

Still, says the stylist, who reportedly drew ire from his former boss when he scored his own Bravo fashion show, “I know what it’s like and how hard my assistants work and I try to treat them as fair as possible and make the office a fun environment.”

This season, cameras follow Goreski to New York Fashion Week and around the world for events in LA, Toronto, even Dubai, with Minka Kelly, Stacy Keibler, and more stars on his Hollywood client list making cameo appearances along the way. “It’s an international operation we have going now,” says Goreski. “People really get to see what it’s like in the fitting area with me and my clients, how I work with each of them, what my client’s vision is and how it matches [my own]. I think people will enjoy seeing that I really do try to make it fun when we’re in fittings, but it’s also my job, and I take it super seriously.”

Stacy Keibler in Naeem Khan at the Oscars

“I call it ‘Modern Hollywood Glamor.’ Old Hollywood glamour just seems, well, old. We really wanted to take that feeling of art deco and vintage Hollywood but make it very young and cool. As soon as we tried on this Naeem Khan dress we knew this was very cool and unique. Very different from her Marchesa gown that I pulled for the previous year. We knew we had a winner.”

Next: Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba in Oscar de la Renta at the Golden Globes

“I saw this dress at the pre-fall show and I knew that I had to put it on somebody! I try to keep my clients looks very individual and mix it up so that we’re not doing the same thing over and over again.”

Rashida Jones in Stella McCartney at the Film Independent Spirit Awards

“Rashida loves to push the envelope and we wanted to try to work with a different shape for her. We settled on this Stella McCartney top and skirt just because there’s so much happening right now with a boxy top and then some sort of frilly bottom. We thought it was really on trend but very cool and only something she could pull off.”

Jenna Dewan Tatum in Rachel Roy at the Oscars

“Jenna is six and a half months pregnant, and [the Oscars] was my first styling gig with her. We tried on eight or nine dresses and this is actually the last dress she tried on. We had our fitting a little early, and I held onto it for her for a couple of weeks in case we had to have something made, but we decided that if this gown fit her two days before the Oscars it that it would be the one she wore. Lo and behold, it worked! We really wanted to do something that people wouldn’t be expecting. I think everybody expects pregnant women to wear an empire waist line, but we wanted to do something that was super sexy and cool so we had the open back and the illusion of the skin underneath. It was actually one of my favorite outfits I’ve done.”
