Don’t worry, Demi Lovato’s arteries aren’t clogged — “Heart Attack” is just the name of her new single.

The first single from Lovato’s new album (which doesn’t have a release date yet) was supposed to officially go wide on March 4, but the second-season X Factor judge decided to leak it out to fans late last night instead.

And it’s no wonder she couldn’t wait to share it: the song is a big one, with pounding beats, earnest wailing, and some interesting lyrical choices: “When I don’t care/I can play him like a Ken doll/Won’t wash my hair/Then make him bounce like a basketball.”

Interesting! Let’s give ‘er a listen below:

In an interview with MTV, Lovato said that the song was essentially about “falling in love and taking that risk. But, she’s terrified and, by ‘she,’ I mean me. But, I think everyone comes to a point where they feel very vulnerable in falling in love and that’s what I’m talking about.”

So what do you guys think? Sound off in the comments!
