In Escape from Planet Earth, a family of daring intergalactic adventurers find themselves trapped on a famously dangerous alien world. The twist: The family is from a far-away orb called Baab… and the world that lures them in is none other than Earth.

The youngest of these interplanetary crimefighters is Kip Supernova (Jonathan Morgan Heit, of Jake and the Neverland Pirates), a 9-year-old Baabian who aspires to be just like his butt-kicking Uncle Scorch (Brendan Fraser). When Scorch and Kip’s dad, brainy Gary (Rob Corddry), are both marooned in Earth’s Area 51, it’s up to Kip to save the day — using moves he may or may not have learned from a certain future Jedi.
