Get ready for your afternoon cry.

Sports Illustrated Kids has announced the winner of their 2012 Sports Illustrated Kids SportsKids of the Year, and the deserving winners are brothers Conner and Cayden Long.

Cayden suffers from cerebral palsy, but Conner – like a lot of brothers – just wanted to play sports with his little bro, and wasn’t about to let anything get in the way of that. So he didn’t: The brothers compete in triathlons together, “with Conner towing Cayden behind in a raft during the swimming leg, towing him behind his bike during the cycling portion, and pushing him during the run,” according to the SI website.

At the Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year ceremony last night that recognized LeBron James, Conner and Cayden were told they have full scholarships from Duke’s head coach for when they’re older, and James told Conner and Cayden that he was flying them to Miami to ‘meet the guys.’” The brothers even met music royalty: Jay-Z and Beyoncé also wanted to talk to the Longs.
