Jennifer Aniston, Will Ferrell, and Jack Black gathered at the 26th Annual American Cinematheque Awards in Beverly Hills on Nov. 15 to toast (and roast) Ben Stiller, 46, was being recognized for nearly 25 years of work. ”It is an honor to be here tonight on behalf of my friend and fellow Tea Party member,” Ferrell quipped, while Justin Theroux introduced his hilarious tribute video with Skyped messages from Owen Wilson and Tom Cruise. All joking aside, ”he is a great director and a really honest actor, and that is what makes him hysterical,” Stiller’s Little Fockers costar Laura Dern told EW. ”Ben is up there with the other truly great actors I’ve worked with.”
