(Both incidents reportedly occurred while he was on board a private plane, and each required an emergency landing.) The rapper later tweeted, ”Thanx for all the prayers! I am good.”… Hip-hop star Sean Combs, 42, reportedly sustained multiple injuries to his neck, ribs, and collarbone after an SUV he was riding in collided with another vehicle in L.A. on Oct. 24.

Comedy writer Alan Kirschenbaum, 51, who co-created the long-running CBS sitcom Yes, Dear and worked on shows including Raising Hope and Everybody Loves Raymond, died on Oct. 26 in an apparent suicide. ”We are stunned and devastated to hear the news of Alan’s passing,” CBS said in a statement. ”We have lost a longtime colleague, a valued friend, and truly one of the most well-liked individuals in our midst.”… Natina Reed, a member of the R&B group Blaque and a star of the 2000 comedy Bring It On, was struck by a car and killed as she walked along a Georgia highway on Oct. 26. She was 32.
