On Tuesday's premiere of Extreme Cheapskates on TLC, Kate, the woman in the exclusive video below, goes to great lengths (of disgusting) to save on food. Her solution? Dumpster diving!

Now, she has her standards — only fancy dumpsters, guys. But it's all in the name of saving what she estimates would be a $100-per-month food bill.
