Dial M for Murder (1954, PG)

Ray Milland, Grace Kelly Alfred Hitchcock’s masterful 3-D thriller about a venomous love triangle (with a doozy of a scene involving a telephone, a blonde, and a very sharp pair of scissors) makes its Blu-ray debut. A-

The Raven (2012, R)

John Cusack, Alice Eve A muddled murder mystery about a killer knocking off victims based on the writings of Edgar Allan Poe. We shall mention it…nevermore. C

Little Shop of Horrors (1986, PG-13)

Rick Moranis, Steve Martin An endearingly quirky musical about a meek florist and his insatiable flesh-eating pet plant comes to Blu-ray. Burp! B

What Ever Happened to Baby Jame? (1962, Not Rated)

Bette Davis, Joan Crawford It’s hard to get any kitschier than this deliciously over-the-top ”classic” about a pair of shrewish washed-up sisters going at it tooth and nail. Davis and Crawford are perfection, as is this new Blu-ray. A-

Face/Off (1997, R)

John Travolta, Nicolas Cage Speaking of high-dudgeon smackdowns, Travolta and Cage sink their teeth into some tasty fromage in John Woo’s better-than-you’d-think thriller. Give it a whirl. (Available on Netflix instant viewing) A
