Comedy Central has renewed Tosh.0 for a fifth season — 30 episodes — in 2013. This had to be a no-brainer: Tosh.0 is the channel’s highest-rated show, drawing 3.7 million viewers every week.

“Despite the fact that Tosh.0 has more viewers than any other show on our network, and that Daniel has totally catalyzed his fans online, we still convinced ourselves to pick up the show for another season,” said Ken Alterman, Head of Original Programming and Production for Comedy Central, in a statement.

“It’s hard for me to get excited about anything when the Miami Dolphins look so terrible,” Tosh said.

Tosh came under fire this summer when he made some controversial rape jokes at a comedy club in Hollywood. He later apologized on Twitter.

Season 4 of Tosh.0 premieres on September 25th at 10pm.
