This fall, Fox packs four half-hour comedies — the much-beloved Raising Hope and New Girl along with newcomers Ben and Kate and The Mindy Project — onto Tuesday nights. On Aug. 26, at an EW-hosted event live-streamed from Los Angeles, theaters in 10 cities enjoyed advance screenings of Ben and Kate and Mindy and a Q&A with all four casts. (You can still watch both pilots on Fox.com through Sept. 9.) Ben and Kate‘s Nat Faxon, who joked that New Girl stars Jake Johnson and Max Greenfield are his ”new best friends,” was thrilled to land a time slot between established series. ”They’re all really good shows, so it’s not like forcing horrible medicine down your throat,” he told EW. Ooh, new tagline?

Zooey Deschanel plays lovable Jess, who is plodding through life with a good group of friends.
