Sabrina Bryan won the Dancing With the Stars‘ viewers’ choice vote to take the 13th slot on the upcoming all-stars season. The former Disney channel star — and the wild card competitor Annie Barrett said “deserves it the most” — will be partnering with Louis van Amstel, who tweeted, “I found out friday night, it was so hard not to tell anyone. I wanted to scream it out loud, but wasn’t allowed…”

During this morning’s Good Morning America announcement, Bryan told anchors, “I am so excited. I’m getting teary eyed just right now.” About Carson Kressley and Kyle Massey, the fellow vets she beat out, she continued, “It was a fight…we all three really wanted it. I’m the lucky one with some amazing, incredible fans that have really stuck behind me.”

Van Amstel, who has yet to win the COVETED MIRRORBALL TROPHY, had strong words about his impending partnership with Bryan. “This is the first season I can knock myself out as a dancer, as a choreographer because she’s so good,” he said. “From day one, we are going to knock even our own socks off.”

When she danced with Mark Ballas in season 6, Bryan was a judges’ favorite and earned a perfect 30 in week 4. Her surprise elimination in week 6 sparked a fan outcry. Though Ballas will be paired with controversial DWTS vet Bristol Palin this season, Bryan told GMA, “I feel like the stars are aligning and I get a second chance.”
