Expect to see several new faces on ABC’s Last Man Standing when the Tim Allen comedy returns for a second season this fall.

Newly-minted Showrunner Tim Doyle (Better off Ted, Ellen) has decided to recast several roles, including the part of Kristin — Mike Baxter’s (Allen) eldest daughter — as well as role of Kristin’s son Boyd and the young boy’s father.

Amanda Fuller (left) will now play the eldest daughter, replacing Alexandra Krosney. Fuller starred as Dr. Morgan Peterson on Grey’s Anatomy last season and has also made appearances on dramas like Scandal and Bones.

Newcomer Flynn Morrison will play a 5-year-old version of Boyd, a role that was portrayed last year by toddler twins Luke and Evan Kruntchev.

As for Boyd’s dad Ryan, Doyle plans to find an actor who will not only recur but represent a potential foil to Mike. Last year, the role was played by pop star Nick Jonas. (Maybe he’s not available to do because he’s hoping to jump to American Idol, instead?)

Last Man Standing moves to Fridays this fall.
