Folk legend Bob Dylan and Cinemax’s hard-charging series Strike Back may not seem like a natural pair — but as a new music video proves, these two could actually be a match made in testosterone-soaked heaven. The clip showcases footage of Strike Back‘s upcoming second season and features Dylan’s “Early Roman Kings,” a bluesy tune that will appear on the singer-songwriter’s forthcoming album Tempest. The song is a surprisingly good fit for footage of the action holy trinity: explosions, combat, and pretty ladies holding guns.

But don’t take our word for it; see the video for yourself below. And if it’s got you hankering for more new Dylan, don’t fret: The artist’s song “Scarlet Town” will debut with Strike Back as well, playing over the end credits of the series’ Aug. 17 season premiere.
